All departments at Lane County Hospital are important to our community and patients however, not all are directly involved in the care of our patients. Lane County Hospital and Lane County Medical Clinic would not be able run without these departments and the dedicated individuals in them.

Administration

Our administrative team consists of the Co-Chief Executive Officer/Chief Financial Officer and the Co-Chief Executive Officer/Director of Nursing. They provide leadership and oversee the daily operations of the hospital.

Business Office

To begin your visit, you'll first need to check in with the business office. They handle a variety of important tasks, including registration, billing, and reception.

Health Information Management (HIM)

Privacy is of utmost importance. Our dedicated team in the Health Information Management (HIM) department not only safeguards your privacy but also ensures that your records are transferred promptly upon your request. They work diligently to gather all the necessary information for your insurance, facilitating timely claims processing, and guarantee compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Dietary and Food Services

The incredible dietary team not only nourishes our patients but also supports all of us with their delicious and nutritious meals! Thanks to their hard work, our patients enjoy improved health outcomes. Additionally, our registered dietitian offers private dietary consultations, available for both inpatients and outpatients, with a doctor's order.

Housekeeping

Our housekeeping staff is dedicated to ensuring that both the Hospital and Clinic feel warm and inviting—truly a place of healing. Their role extends beyond keeping the environment clean and pleasant; they are committed to making sure your stay is safe and comfortable.

Information Technology

Technology powers everything we do. Whether it’s telephones, computers, or servers, our IT team works diligently to ensure that all our equipment runs smoothly, allowing us to perform at our best.

Every department requires supplies consistently. To manage this efficiently, we have appointed a specialized supply coordinator.
